Got an email referencing a crowd-funding approach allowing for the direct accredited investor investment in Solar Window, Inc. from the CEO himself. He references their "very successful outside demonstration" of the solar window. I seem to recall it being this tiny frame with two little girls dancing around it. Hardly the progress anyone had expected for the drum-roll leading up to it.

Good luck to everyone here--but I would avoid a direct investment in anything related to these guys until they prove that they can scale up and draw better comparisons with existing solar solutions, whether it be a cost basis comparison or an easier deployment method. At this rate anyone else with more financial resources could copy their idea and beat them to market. But strangely, no one has cared to.
