Agreed. Ironically, the board's foolishness may have paid off for Denner as I think he made his request when the pps was very close to where it is now, or higher, and after he was already on the board.

Ergo, he got to use the capital he may (or may not) be using now for more Ariad stock, elsewhere for a couple of more years, no harm done to his Ariad aspirations. Might be buying at a discout to his earlier planned purchase.

The BoD overpaid themselves and the CEO, they breached their fiduciary responsibilities, they doctored their records and coerced and bought off their accuser...I want THE TRUTH!!!
