They are not. Not even close. Wytec is a pile of unlicensed old equipment and some ancient patents around obsolete LMDS line-of-sight wireless. It has been used as bait by at least 2 scams: MDGC and CCOP. The crooks at CCOP supposedly bought the patents for around ~$20K a few years back.

MDGC is right where it should be in terms of value: The bottom of the gutter.
