2/23/16 Conclusion: Topping indicators in the short term and somewhat overbought intermediate-term indicators leave me bearish in all time frames right now.

For the record, my long-term outlook will remain bearish until the 50-EMA is preparing for a positive crossover the 200-EMA (neutral) or the crossover occurs (bullish).
