I called last week for the 1st & only time (so far) & he said they were releasing a PR this week, and they are restructuring ALL their debt so this never happens again.
I asked him about a Reverse Split? He told me that SPCL will NOT Be doing a R/S. I asked him "How Long" of a Guarantee can he put on that? His reply was: "He cannot Predict the Future, but he could Guarantee that there will NOT be a R/S within the next 6 Months" Beyond that, they are NOT Planning on doing a R/S, but obviously he cannot see the future.
He mentioned New Contracts they have that are almost finished. He could not give any details, this might be what the PR is about? Or at least Part of the PR?
I'm new to this company & only bought it for a lotto play, I don't put much faith in CEO's of Lotto stocks either, so we will see??
