see rock bottom prices. Furthermore, when have you ever seen a CEO filing S-4s of a public company buying 100 share lots in order to prevent the HISP from falling? Hello! Isn't this a form of manipulation?
Instead if the CEO was a true buyer, he would buy larger and realistic quantities of shares to show he is committed just like his poor shares have been.
I mean it comes to show the true nature of this BS.
