Wrong. Operational results have NOTHING to do with the "Black-Sholes" model for calculating the cost of the massive stock giveaways.

Loss from Operations $385,675

The Company has n accumulated deficit of $10,638,820 at December 31, 2015 and has generated operating losses since inception.

The numbers are clear.. Jerry LOSES money selling this crap, and has ALWAYS lost money selling this crap. The operational losses are in ADDITION to the incredible giveaways from toxic financing, sweetheart deals, and shares given for "services."
