2/22/16 Conclusion: I don't think I'm the first one to point this out, but this rally gives me "deja vu all over again" when compared to the last rally out of a double-bottom back in early October.

Our indicators look similar as do the characteristics of the rise.

Short-term is very overbought and intermediate-term indicators are neutral and rising.
Overhead resistance is barely holding.
In a bear market context, this rally should peter out and even if it doesn't right away, I don't think an entry right now would be worth the risk.

If you're already in, you may want to tighten up stops just in case.
