This is the reason I pointed out the wrong web site URL in the company information - hollen put it up, and I think it should be corrected. Apparently he doesn't, since he deleted my post asking for it to be corrected.
On April 21, 2003 the Federal Court in Brooklyn, New York ordered Urbani's previously terminated US distributor Rosario's Epicureo, Ltd. and its officers, Rosario and Andrew Safina ("Rosario's") to discontinue effective May 10, 2003 all use of the wordmarks, tradenames and logos of Urbani Tartufi. (the "URBANI MARKS".)
