FALLING ! .26, w/ .25 Bid, HOLY COW !!!

It's in massive free-fall. Looks like since that S-1 registration for the 341K shares to Magna got finalized and declared "effective" by the SEC, it's back to selling n dumping I guess? What a freaking wipe out.

The recent all, all, all time LOW was a few months back was 25 CENTS, and it's about to hit that again right now.

0.25 / 0.28 (5000 x 2500)

Totally FALLING Bid and FALLING Ask on HUGE VOLUME today. Looks to me like it's just getting run through the ole dilution crushing machine again. WOWZA.

BLEEDING FREAKING RED DOWN 27% PLUS, on over 80K shares traded so far- looks like a CRASH n BURN to me !

What's gonna freaking turn this around at this point? I sure can't see it? This appears to have no bottom to it. Wouldn't surprise me if it hits 10 CENTS a share on the next big dilution leg down- with 341K newly issued Magna shares now out there, per that recent SEC filed form S-1.

Not looking good IMO. What's the freaking market cap now- like approx

1,900,000 shares O/S per that SEC S-1 X .26 = $494,000 lousy bucks, LOL?
