Trader - they first would have to file all the paperwork and annual reports to get revived as a corporation. AEGY has been dissolved. I doubt they want to file anything again.

AEGY has no viable business or assets to merge with any other ticker.

AEGY has never really been in business and has never had even 1 penny in sales in its lifetime. Now it is simply a dead ticker with a formal SEC investigation into the securities fraud that got it suspended in the first place.
