Question, is all funding for African oil thru private and Kenya gov? The pipeline will eventually happen when there production really ramps up! New strikes, long as they don't have Key Stone pipeline issues like that Dummy blocking it. Trans loading, from site to truck then to railcar, then off loading is time consuming and not cheap. Well here it's not cheap, Kenya maybe!
