There is no telling what TCA will do with the shell. Not sure the BOD is still viable or together. It's all a mystery. It seems the all the work the old company put into getting the filing up to date last Aug was a waste of time and money and the last PR stating they and TCA had an agreement was misleading or maybe they got duped...who knows..
