Friday is the big day: FDA has until next Sunday (30 day expiration date) to nix the Phase 2a on anlgesic respiratory depression. Friday will be last working day at FDA.If no response from FDA, RSPI can proceed.
Amazingly, this company that was dust 2 years ago now has two studies that will be finished and public in 6 months. One could argue this is the best position it's been in for the last 7 or 8 years. New management deserves kudos.
