Dan,
I am a consultant for Long Beard Brewing co., assisting with investor relations. The company’s fiscal year end is listed correctly on the OTCMarkets profile page (http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/GVSI/profile). The Year end is Dec 31, so the annual will be due at the end of March, and as of right now, everything is on schedule to be filed and we see no reason anything would be late. As far as other updates I am confident that the company will be able to begin putting out more information very soon. Please watch for upcoming press releases for company updates.
