So if I wanted to put a few bucks back into this technology and Lanza for the long haul I would buy ALPMY?

I assume this is the right stock but the whole subsidiary making the purchase plus a Tokyo stock chart that doesn't seem to track with the ALPMY chart leave me a bit confused.
