As I understand the process negotiations within arbitration are not to be disclosed. I've been distracted lately but that's where I think we are at for the time being. I don't think it would be too wise to 'give up' at this point- maybe a few years ago, but now? The price per bbl accounts for the general malaise now....another storm to be weathered if all has been told to us correctly I would think. But that won't last forever... so its time for waiting again, and to average up with a few more shares if so inclined. The possibilities still make for a viable speculation, imo.
