Ms. Karpel will be responsible for business development, debt financing, lead generation and marketing in order to further the development of ILST's industry position and growth prospects.

Rita Karpel is a seasoned industry professional with more than 30 years of experience raising capital, building books of business, generating revenue, PR, managing sales, marketing, strategic alliances/partners, operations, business development and event planning for high profile and boutique financial institutions, planners and brokers. Most recently, as Managing Director, Sales & Marketing, she managed and was responsible for growth of National Eagles & Angels Association, producing high net worth events nationwide, including smaller more targeted various company events for public and private equity. Through her introductions, companies were able to raise in excess of $230 million in equity.

She began her career on the trading floor of the Chicago Board of Trade, and held her Series 3 Brokerage License. She was ultimately responsible for lead generation, mentored and management of a team of 20 brokers, liaison and coordinator of strategic alliances, travel, web site, TV.
