2/16/16 Conclusion: The commonalities between the August correction and recovery are similar and we can't rule out the possibility that the double-bottom formation will execute.
The buying exhaustion suggested by ultra-short-term indicators could mean an abbreviated end to a short-term rally, but with indicators in neutral territory, they support either continuation or breakdown. Hopefully we will get more definitive information tomorrow.
