The last time I saw this happen, DTC, SEC: "So ya wanna vote another reverse split eh?" It was very similar, the other scam had run to many authorized increases dumping the life out, reverse split dumped all that and tried to pull another reverse split, then suddenly, it went silent.. Just like this scam, The SEC disallowed it, and every since, it might as well be on the gray sheets, (stock graveyard) Because, from there on, 2 years now, it's been dead in the water. Lately, past year or so, that other scam's volume has been complete crap too, 10 too 3-400 share volume.

I would seem that, SEC and or DTC will only stand for, so much and these scams never report why or what happened, just do what's happening here, now, the 'Ur, seriously stuck and screwed now' effect.
