The Company has put forth a preliminary statement of a proxy to move forth with a reverse split. We should have final approval from the SEC to move forth with the proxy and shareholder meeting very soon. Until there is a vote in favor we cannot make such a statement as this action is depending upon a majority shareholder vote.
