There are no after hour trades in OTC. It was one of two things, either 3 earlier sales that never got posted and had to be posted same day. Or 3 transactions that took place at the very last second of closing, then posted after the close. The way it looked to me is they matched the top 3 bids and sold them last second. It looked to be like VNDM was trying to finish up. The other possibility is that they were passed on to yet another dilutor EOD because a quota wasn't met. Either way it wasn't "AH" And as I have been told don't read anything into what posts AH or "pre market" in OTCs youll trick yourself into believing something that is not an actuality.
