Let us be reminded that the Tronox Company had agreed with MWR to pursue the case against Fitzgerald at MWR's expense in exchange for a large percentage of the proceeds if there were to be any.
Things got a lttle messy for Trox as they declared BK in pursuit of Kerr-Mcgee's spin off capitalization to sell to Anadarko. We all know how that ended!

Rothschild's Bank were advisers to Tronox during BK proceedings. Nathaniel Rothschild was on Barrick's Board of directors at the time, is no more, left after this took place.

There is no doubt in my mind that the case was dropped due to serious leveraging by those who could influence such matters. There is still no doubt in my mind that there is wrongdoing herein by Fitzgerald and accomplices at the expense of Tronox and MSX Shareholders. Will we ever be rewarded for the truth? Likely not in my lifetime!
