Can I shoot a question out here?

Why has Obama decided to mention $10 barrel oil tax now when oil has taken a shit kikin and is at its all time low? Why not before when oil was 140$ barrel, because if he ever had a chance to pass that, it would have been then.

The media is a wonderful thing if you can read/understand it backwards.
