~YUP: Under the typical “Death Spiral” scenario, the Holder of the Convertible Debt "Initially Shorts" the Issuer’s common stock, which Often causes the Stock Price to Decline, at which time the Debt Holder "Converts" some of the Convertible Debt to Common Shares.

~Trend Has Changed, Great Potential for a Flip. I certainly Do Not see anywhere near .003 short term(Don't Rely on L2), until we see some 13G/A's Filed showing Toxic Debt is OUT, which doesn't care about "Market Cap" whatsoever.
