This is the only part I can actually agree with.

This table highlights the "decrease"(sarcasm) in the unemployed from 2014 to 2015

yup, that really does show about 1.6 million more folks out of work in 2015 than 2014.

And these charts will go to explain to you how the only reduction in the unemployment rate is directly tied to the massive reduction in the work force, not because all these people now have jobs.
