obi, as i read that docket #60 in iowa case is most important as it may contain details on the reason to make motion to dismiss as moot. why is that docket not available? is it sealed? is it available on a hard copy in person and just not on pacer?

could this be moot just because an amended complaint was filed, so original motion is moot? but if so, why request an admin doc? i don't like all this lawsuits, stupid but that is where we are now.
