Obama doesnt control oil prices. I know he would like to but that aint gonna happen. That is one of the biggest fables ever printed about the oil co. If Obama was to even try to tax oil $10/ barrel above current pricing the house and senate would shoot it down in about .0001 of a second.

Know a scam when you read one. The only issue with oil is the glut created by OPEC in their efforts to control the oil industry aand therefore their countries wealth and well-being.

It worked in that the low oil prices have hurt the smaller companies but it is now backfiring as the OPEC nations are beginning to feel their self inflicted wounds in their countries and they are again discussing a cut in production. Saudi Arabia is the main obstacle in the OPEC cartel. The Saudi economy is starting to tank. They will have to cut production soon in order for their own survival.

Shares here at SDOC are already cheap. Buy them at .03 because once this get to 04 you arent going to have any chance at sub .03 shares. There are again 3 very large institutional investors that have increased their holdings in SDOC in recent weeks, you should check into why they are doing that if Obama-nation is shutting down all fossil fuels.

And FYI, we still use coal in Illinois. When Obama leaves the White House and retires into the Chicago suburbs he will be using coal generated power in his huge carbon footprint manor. You can check here to see all the proof you need.
