LOL at .0001? is the answer 600 billion? if the answer is 600 billion a/s no wonder why nasdaq has a question or two for vpco corp....why does VPCO even bother to have meetings? because even when shareholders say no to this proposal or that proposal, the company does what it wants to do anyhow....VPCO directors are makeing a mockery out of proxie voteing...for example, if 90% of the shareholders of VPCO said no to the increase of the a/s of VPCO, the company VPCO still does it....so why does the company even waste their time to have meetings?
