Most likely to keep it in a range for someone to accumulate. MM's only make money on the spread. The only incentive to keep it in a range is when an I-banker calls a buy side MM saying I want xx shares YY pps. The MM's then execute. It makes since though because CSTI provides investment bank and asset management services.
