Hi Don,
Heard about this a couple days ago but didn't want to air it on IHUB but imagine you are as disappointed as the rest of us. To see +100 million shares added plus another 350 authorized How can PT do this without shareholder approval? I have to admit its really showing me that we have serious issues with Mr. Thompson not willing to discuss or alert us to how things are transpiring. I know it's real tough out there and he is doing what he can but his stubbornness to not disclose our financial situation is raising suspicions on integrity of the company. I would guess best case he has raised $300K or so but most likely around 1/3 to 1/2 that much. They have the emails and phone numbers for many of us that have participated in a dozen or more PP's. At least give us a heads up. Its discouraging to see my 1/2 million dollar investment worth a few thousand. This seems callous, a bit slimy, and very desperate. At times PT really does seem like Don Quixote out there charging windmills and meandering about. Extremely discouraged to say the least.
