Hutschi, Another NewYorkCompany Claiming To Supply Bavituximab? Well...


First, it is perfectly legal for anybody to use Bavi for either research or FDA programs w/o infringing the patents (at least in the US).

Second, I would bet you that these guys are just retail level suppliers, and if you place an order with them, they buy from Avid.

This is a complete non-issue.
