I put aside 3 sets of the US State coins that were issued from 1999-2009 and could probably make a lot more sets if I sorted them. None of what I have now has any silver content. I sold all those 4 or 5 years ago when silver was well over 30 bucks an ounce.

I'm not sure if I have any bicentennial quarters, but there are probably a few in there. To me, anything pre 1965 had silver value and after that....they are just coins.

That silver coin the kid had...probable worth about 1.50 US after exchange.

Remember........ It's better to wish you had bought a
stock, than to wish you hadn't.
