While I'd certainly like to see the stock move back to pre Fresh Diet prices ...... initially I do not think that is likely anytime soon.

The share structure of the company has changed due to Fresh Diet acquisition and additional financing that has occurred since.

So that will be a factor. I also think the market price is telling us the deal is no "great shakes" otherwise the stock would be up much more.

Some of the prior junk on the balance sheet also needs to be cleared. Maybe the proceeds of the sale would allow for some balance sheet cleanup and purchasing back some stock. Who knows ..... but we don't yet fully know how much Fresh Diet has saddled the core company with until after the sale and we have some understanding of terms. And there has been very little news offered on the core business in the past year beyond what is available in filings.

We shall see.
