So what? That's end of 2016.

The vote is in November, 2016. Before then, MJNA will have announced a bad 2015, plus mediocre-to-bad 1Q/16 and 2Q/16 results, plus a hugely increased OS.

The share price will likely fall to <$0.02 before then, and MJNA will be looking at a reverse split.

There will be a run on the news of the election results, but there is probably no reason to be buying now. I'd be looking at sometime after MJNA files the 2Q/16 filing in September, 2016.

Of course, there always can be a pump and dump started by MJNA or a third party in the meantime, but that's more luck of the draw than anything else.
