Any strong, sustainable-looking rebound in oil (e.g., on announced and implemented OPEC cutbacks on production) could very likely reverse the bear-market trend and put markets back on a bull course... and then it's a Q of whether biotechs would be early or late in the "party."

Lord knows the biotechs have been hammered so hard they would deserve to be bought back first for the biggest possible rebound gains. But let's see how it actually plays out....
