If I were Baltia, both Bernie Sanders and Donald Trump would be alerted to this situation. Sounds crazy but the more exposure the better and one must think and act outside of the box. Relying on traditional sources of help is not enough. There are many cases of judges, FBI, and other agencies being used to either push through or halt processes so that desired outcomes are achieved. The media especially is used as a tool to push or deny. Corruption takes many forms that always insures the status quo remains just that. The Whistle Blower Act may be what saves this company. Glad to hear Ware filed under that. Big media like the Wall Street Journal and 60 Minutes usually end up wasting your time. This situation needs a ground swell of complaints from the public and especially stock holders. Ringing the alarm bell loud and long by emails, phone calls, to your local media, district and state representatives, commisioners, department heads, business associates, etc etc. Take whatever active roll you can think of to expose this to the world.
