After the IPO failed to launch, company officials were still adamant they would succeed. So in 15 years, apart from trading on a quotation system, not much has changed. Finger pointing, blame being attached, but come on, really. That seems an awfully long time to not get back up on your feet. I am beginning to feel there are many red herrings swimming in this ocean.
