It certainly is fun to project the what if's onto this. Until the rest of the story is out there, nothing really has changed. You could say the company, if the insinuation was made certification would be approved if they sponsored the air show, was in the wrong for paying a bribe; on the other hand, no one here knows for sure IF the company reported that to the FAA and an investigation has been on-going. There are far to many if and's or buts to be sure about anything. Was the information obtained above board? Was it obtained legally or were laws broken during the collection of the information? Is the information credible? No one really knows as the system will be the final judge in any proceedings which might arise from this. I would not be too quick to claim victory or sound the defeat. It is early days in all of this and watching it unfold will be the most interesting story to hit this message board in some time. As usual, investors are always caught in the middle.
