If I spend that money for another stock and later on the courts make Astellas up the bid or they do it on their own, or should I leave that money there in cash pending Future News?

I called TDAmeritrade and the agent was not familiar with those Future Court proceedings with OCAT.

He said they were tendered without my permission because Astellas got a majority of holders to tender.
