See the last 4 minutes - where Dr Oz repeats that the new therapy will allow Charlie to come off the pills and then the other Dr on the show says that this treatment is not fully tested but treatment and company is legit.

Charlie plans to keep Dr Oz updated on his progress/reading if he is eligible and starts pro-140 treatment

Not sure how FDA will react to such open label / public trial when the trial is actually going on.

If successful after few weeks - I think they will have him back on show and it will be big news
