Latest Filing / Tullow Ploy

Tullow filed today a "Joinder of Notice of Temporary Suspension" joining in the SCS request of temporary suspension (link below). However; they added the following to their filing;
"... further requests that response dates for all pending motions be suspended until the parties jointly request
the suspension to be lifted."
(emphasis added)
A clever ploy which would require their agreement to re-activate the federal court case...lol #everytrickinthebook
