Everybody knows those shares are being sold as part of the *neato* fraud dividend that PTOI was forced to give to its long-suffering shareholders (or "marks", as John Bordynuik, Richard Heddle and their *co-CONspirators* invariably refer to them as).

It's been documented quite clearly here, in the same way that the ludicrous assertion that the OTC market is a Dark Pool has been thoroughly rebutted.

May I also repeat the request from another poster for some kind of glossary or primer of the terms you use when attempting to outline the worldwide conspiracy you apparently believe is targeting plucky (albeit fraudulent and SEC-sanctioned) enterprise PTOI? Otherwise I'm afraid it's pretty incomprehensible to the man from Peoria.
