When I spoke with IR (Armen - Co-owner) last week he said the shares would be returned to the treasury within a few weeks and the O/S reduction was on the way. They will pr it as soon as they are ready and receive confirmation from the Transfer Agent. The time to get in below .03's and .05's is now, before that pr is released. Wouldn't hurt to throw this chart and info out on twitter if you are up to it. RXMD is solid. Thanks Rigs.
