ZRock, good picture. Sure wish we could make out the details on the screens. And what's that little black box underneath, with the cable going to it? Anyone know? I looked up the sensors that Sigma Labs had on their SensorPak™--the spectrometer, photodetector, and pyrometer--and didn't see anything that looked like it. What are those cylinders at an angle, just to left of the left screen?
Also, the screens look completely different--when building up SW, there tends to be a "sameness" from program to program. Look at any MS Windows screen vs. Apple, for example. If I were to guess, and that's all I can do, I'd say the one on the right is EOS SW, the one on the left is showing something built using MS Visual Basic, or something like it.
The machine seems dedicated to parts made from Inconel 718--is that the material used for the T25 sensor? Isn't the nozzle injector made from a titanium-based alloy? Don't have time to look it up at the moment, already late for work.
I wonder if someone were to spend $15 for the 8x10 if there would be more detail in it. Or even better, $40 for the 16x20.
OK, doggone it--I bought the 8x10, $18.04 with shipping. Will let fellow Sigmaniacs know if it was a good deal.
