I look at his history and to me, his behavior goes past incompetence. Any serious CEO would get rid of the ridiculous, bloated organization and only hire people when they are needed. Why pay some schlub like Otis such a high salary for years? What value has he brought?

Watts certainly doesn't need me to defend him but I tend to share his judgement about Steipp and his nefarious treatment of shareholder funds.
