I don't need a copy and paste about a S-1 and Form 10.

The part about 60 days and a Form 10 being effective isn't completely accurate when a company has been suspended.

And the S-1 comments can go on for many months.

But, it doesn't matter because the company has been dissolved by the State of Florida.

The PharmaJanes website has been down for months - no matter how much wishful thinking you have - in the end you are stuck with worthless shares.

AEGY is stuck in the Penny stock graveyard.
