Aspire Capital has agreed to buy up to $10M in RTTR common stock. Having bought $1M on Dec. 18, 2015 (500,000 shares @ $2/share), they are still obligated to buy up to another $9M.

It would seem to me that RTTR will want to minimize the number of shares issued for this purpose and will, therefore, want to get their stock price back up over $2 per share ASAP. Hopefully, there is some "good" news coming over the next few months which will help them achieve this price goal. At least that is my current thinking on RTTR.
