When they miss the mark by six months or even a year they made a mistake. When this year passes without anything happening they are either slobbering slack jawed idiots or flat out liars.

Or both. And that's why everyone has dumped this stock tanking it 19% YTD. If it weren't for unsophisticated penny stock traders this wouldn't have dead cat bounced to this level or even trade at all anymore.
