Same document except for the last paragraph... Google shows the first one dated Jan 22 while the OTC Markets upload says Feb 4...

Here's the last paragraph of the one we saw on OTCMarkets:

.... good luck explaining that one. I have no clue where the first document is from, it's the first hit on a Google search for '"Galaxy Entertainment Group" foley'...
